Artūras Pangonis's thoughts on conscious attention to the body, breathing, and the ability to notice one's internal reactions.

Feel What the Body Is Saying

In daily life, it is easy to act automatically and not notice what the body is feeling at that moment. Artūras Pangonis suggests stopping for a moment, returning to the present moment, and observing one's internal reactions. Simple practices are described: conscious repetition of words and observing their effect, attention to breathing, and regular short pauses throughout the day. The goal of these exercises is to feel more clearly the connection between thoughts, words, and emotions with the physical state of the body, and to develop a more conscious relationship with oneself.
