I am an explorer of the human inner world and a hypnosis practitioner. For several years now I have also assisted Artūras on the hypnosis courses he leads, where I witness some of the strongest experiences, realisations and transformations there are.
I was always drawn not to the surface but to the essence: who we are beyond our thoughts, beyond the limits of the body, beyond our usual roles. I am interested in the human body as an expression of consciousness — its capacities, its states, its inner resources. It is fascinating to explore how the body holds stories, how it speaks, how we can learn to master it, and what lies behind all of it…
Along this whole path I came to realise that the most important thing is a person’s own understanding. That is the place where everything begins. Only when someone truly sees, feels and understands themselves does the possibility of change appear. Understanding opens the door, but it is also a responsibility: what becomes clear can no longer be left unnoticed. Action is born from it naturally. Without understanding there is no real movement — only repetition and the illusion that something is changing.
For me hypnosis is more than a tool for self-improvement. It is a road to deeper understanding, real experience and a wider reality. It is a space in which what went unnoticed or ungrasped for a long time finally opens. You see yourself more clearly. You feel more deeply. And you can no longer go back to the old understanding…
