Ieva Šegždaitė

I am Ieva — a coaching specialist and a practitioner of hypnotherapy, the Enneagram and creative methods. I am the founder of “Kas TU?”, a teacher at “Koučingo paslaugų centras”, a lecturer, and a facilitator of “Apie ką esi TU?” group meetings, self-development events and creative educational activities.

In my work, I combine different methods and tools that help people feel and understand THEMSELVES more deeply, recognise their uniqueness, strengths and talents, clarify what they truly want and how to pursue it while creating THEIR OWN authentic life.

In individual sessions, I use hypnosis — work with the subconscious that allows you to turn towards deeper layers within yourself. It is an opportunity to hear yourself, your inner needs and feelings more clearly, and to look at what is happening inside.

I believe that there is much more within every person than they sometimes see themselves.

That is why I help unlock what is closed, so that people can see and feel more beauty, freedom and lightness WITHIN THEMSELVES.
