A two-day practical course for practitioners: deep work with addictions through hypnosis and trance.
This intensive course is for practitioners who already have the foundations of hypnosis and want to raise their professional level — working with the subconscious structures that form addictions. The greater part of addictions are carried over or passed on genetically.
Addiction is not only a problem of behaviour or habit. It is a signal of inner conflict, unresolved emotional experience and subconscious programs. Whether it is an addiction to food, psychotropic substances, gambling or relationships, each has its own deep cause.
The essence of this course is to help the practitioner learn not to work with the cause, but to find the roots — and to deepen their knowledge of trance states and of hypnosis itself still further.
During the course we will learn
- What lies beneath addictions and how they form in the subconscious
- How to recognise the different layers of an addiction
- What function the addiction performs in a person's psyche
- How trance states make deep memories and programs reachable
- How to bring a client into trance of varying depth
- How to recognise which level the work is happening at
- How to move from the surface to the deep layers of the subconscious
- How to identify the initial event
- The differences between suggestion and hypnosis, and how to use each appropriately
- The placebo and nocebo effect in addictions
- We will examine the informational level of addictions
Practical work makes up the greater part of the course.
This course is for those who want to develop in their field, or simply to widen the knowledge they already have.
